As the Thuringian Innovation Center at the Ilmenau University of Technology, we have been organizing the Thuringian Mobility Forum biennially since 2011 in cooperation with partners from industry, academia, and state institutions. This leading event focuses on innovations in mobility and transportation. The eighth edition of the forum will take place on October 1, 2026, in the Parkcafé of the Ilmenau Festival Hall and is themed: 

Vision Zero: 
Clean Mobility. Safe Arrival.

This highly topical theme addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with electrification, automation, digitalization, and connectivity, encompassing both environmental sustainability and road safety. With keynote speeches from industry and academia, as well as other event elements, the forum invites participants to a lively exchange, networking opportunities, and a creative idea exchange.
