As the Thuringian Innovation Center at the Ilmenau University of Technology, we have been organizing the Thuringian Mobility Forum biennially since 2011 in cooperation with partners from industry, academia, and state institutions. This leading event focuses on innovations in mobility and transportation. The eighth edition of the forum will take place on October 1, 2026, in the Parkcafé of the Ilmenau Festival Hall and is themed:
Vision zero:
Clean mobility. Safe arrival at your destination.
This highly topical focus addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with electrification, automation, digitalization, and connectivity, encompassing both environmental sustainability and road safety.
