Questions regarding usability—concerning both passengers and human-machine interfaces in control centers—are investigated within the field of Human-Centered Systems. Here, ThIMo draws on extensive experience working in user labs and immersive testing environments. In addition to analyzing interactions involving integrated technology, focus group interviews are used to optimize interfaces and passenger information systems.
